Magnolia’s IC’s are fabricated using state-of-the-art silicon germanium (SiGe) bipolar complementary metal oxide semiconductor (BiCMOS) technology, which is specifically designed for high performance and low power RF and mixed signal applications. This semiconductor process offers excellent performance at a competitive price, making it ideal for wireless applications. Specifically this process offers high-performance bipolar transistors with high-quality passives devices and complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) transistors all integrated into a single semiconductor device. These products are packaged in a small form factor plastic IC package capable of achieving RF performance and then RF tested. These packaging and test techniques allow for our components to be packaged in a very small footprint, thereby reducing board space while ensuring the highest quality levels. As technology emerges for handset smart antenna & signal processing applications, Magnolia’s products will lead the way. |
